Auckland Island Merganser final (woohoo)

It is 9pm in the studio and I am starting to go slowly mad...

Finished my final book though, this one is showing the Auckland Island Merganser being predated on by rats.

It is pretty dark to be honest, I got a little angry with the ink....;)

  

and it all started off so peaceful and lovely!

Spent all morning in the print room yesterday. These were a pain to do, I kept getting white patches where the paper didn't take up the  ink which meant I used up all my good paper on ones I didn't like! Ah well, the brown and red ones are my favourites. Will be selling some of these to raise money for the RSPB at some point in May :)

Finished photo books!!

After much editing and hours on Photoshop and at my desk cutting out tracing paper I have finally finished a couple of mini books as finals! Did a negative one as well as the colours came out nicely :)

After a talk with my tutor decided to add some colour to the book made out of photo prints. Took a good few hours on photoshop but I think it definitely adds something to it :)
