All the kids left to go to the cinema before our last period today so I was chilling with Anna Batik and messing about with some gorgeous watercolours that I really want but can't afford!

america sketchbook so far!!
So it has been absolutely crazy here at Long Lake, I teach illustration 6 hours a day and the rest of the time is spent looking after the kids from 7.30-10.00 in the evening! Pretty mental to be honest. I have one free period a day to chill out so I have done a few sketches, I also did a really big one of the whole of camp to make into a batik for the kids to colour! The batik came out kinda crazy coloured and not too great but I liked the drawing so I will be scanning it in to colour when I get home :)
They have tonnes of prismacolour markers here (basically promarkers) which I have decided I quite like! Kids keep leaving the lids off all of them though so they keep getting thrown away, makes me sad :(
